If you don’t say yaar patla hona hai” while you stuff your mouth with a chocolate brownie EVERY SINGLE TIME, go back! We don’t like you! The struggle to lose some pounds is real especially for people who live for food.

Long hours at work, demanding work schedules only add to your misery. So for all the lazy foodies out there, who chase that last slice of chocolate cake like their life depends on it, we got you covered.

If you have a difficulty sticking to the conventional diet plan, here are a few hacks that will make you shed some pounds! Incorporate these simple things to stun the haters that want to see you fat, if not for yourself.

Green Tea, Green Tea, and More Green Tea!

Yea, just say it a few more times before it feels like an important part of your life. No, saying it again and again won’t help you shed the weight, drinking, however, will.  Just don’t pile on the sugar, and you will be fine.

No food after 7PM

Here’s a simple exercise. Just move your head to the left, and then to the right, every time someone offers you food after 7PM. Sleeping right after food intake accumulates fat so 7PM should be the latest. You would be surprised to see how much this works.

Start using Smaller Plates

The size of your plates has a greater impact on the amount of food you consume than you think. So, while you are at it, use smaller plates to eat and trick your brain into thinking you are eating a lot.

Throw all the soft drinks out of your window

Soft drinks are your worst enemy. Throw them out. You don’t need that negativity in your life.

Quick Cardio

I see you rolling your eyes at this one but trust me; little exercise is better than no exercise. Move your lazy butt, and do some squats.  Get a nice body for the rest of your days.

Water

A glass of water first thing in the morning, and you are good to start a day. Make sure you drink plenty of water, as it makes you eat less.

Sleep Well

Do not neglect the power of a good night’s sleep. It affects your appetite as well as your health so give your body time to rest well.

Consistency is the key!

I cannot emphasize enough on this one, but remember consistency is the only way to go. Do NOT give up because you can’t see the results in one week. Heck, throw that scale out of your window too while you are disposing those soda cans.

Now we do realize that all these tips are for all the lazy ones out there, and your body will take some time to get used to it before toning up but remember, slow progress is better than no progress.

Now go wear that old pair of jeans now!
